With our many packages you can be sure to get the assistance you need from Xquisite Events. Our wedding planning packages handle all the details of your wedding so that you, your family, and the wedding party can relax and enjoy your special day. We will make sure the wedding runs smoothly and all the loose ends are tied. Everything from the wedding timeline to the wedding emergency kit will be taken care of by our staff.
Our Charming package is for the couple who has everything in place. We will have 2 consultations with you in order to make sure all your dreams come true on the day of your wedding. Once we arrive on the special day we will make sure everyone knows their role, is in place at the right time, and looking the part. We will work with you and the band or DJ to make sure your highlight events are timed perfectly and just the way you want them. Our team will oversee all the little details for the reception making sure everything is as we discussed in our consultation. Most importantly we will make sure the wedding is on schedule!
Our Refined package is for the couple who have all the major items taken care of but may need a little creative direction with the smaller details. Along with all the things in the Charming package this package includes a second pair of eyes on the details of the caterer, the venue details, as well as any vendor details and unlimited calls and emails with one of our team.
Our Elegant package helps the couple decide on some of the bigger details such as selecting vendors, wedding attire and invitations. This package is for the couple who have an idea of what they desire for the special day but may require some help with getting connected to the right vendors. Along with all of the aforementioned you will also receive 5 consultations to narrow down your ideas and get a good feel for the look of your wedding. During these consultations we will go over our extensive list of preferred vendors (DJs, florists, bakers ect.), as well as your budget. We will also assist you in meeting with up to 4 of these vendors and visit the venue site to discuss, in detail, your vision.
Our Xquisite package is for the couple who needs creative direction from top to bottom. With this package you will receive unlimited calls and e-mail communication with one of our team to put you at ease when planning your big day. We will cover all of the details of your wedding and make sure your vision for your wedding becomes more than a fairy tale.
